01.Registration Method

Open registration. It is recommended to choose two destinations, three at most. And please sort them by your preferences.

02.Registration Confirm

First come first served. The number of group and other factors will be taken into consideration for the trip. You will receive the confirmation email if the trip is successfully signed up.

03.Travel Standards

Economy class for the flight and first class for the train, when first class of train tickets are not enough, it may be adjusted to second class seats. 2 nights stay, room type is twin room, two persons for one room, breakfast is included.

04.About Rooming

Two people for one room, please fill in your preferred roommate's name. If not filled in, the organizer will arrange randomly.

05.Departure City

Round-trip from Shanghai or the city where you work. If it does not match the activity itinerary, you still need to travel from Shanghai.

06.Personal Information

Please fill in your personal information correctly which will be used to book the train/flight/hotel. Please pay for any additional fees due to personal mistakes.
